Due to additional work, we are looking to recruit installation/service
engineers based in the Peterborough area
This role will include installation, service/maintenance and commissioning of
equipment in the Peterborough/Norwich/Cambridge triangle, East Anglia/East
Midlands area. Successful candidates must be prepared to travel and work away
from home extensively, Monday to Friday. The role is physically demanding and
requires some working outdoors. Reporting to a supervisor, the ability to work
both in a team and individually is required.
Ideal candidates will have a
background installing electronic security systems, or similar equipment, and the
ability to fault find as part of the commissioning process. Preferred
qualifications include a relevant HND/HNC, or equivalent, 17th Edition, CSCS
card and 1st aid training. A full clean driving licence is essential.
Candidates
must have the ability to differentiate between colours and to undergo security
vetting. Strong communications skills and a flexible attitude are essential.
This is a salaried role with no overtime or call out.
A team vehicle and mobile
phone will be provided for business use.
